Luutnantinkatu and Luutnantinkuja
Streets and trafficLeppävaaraThe City of Espoo has launched the preparation of street plans for Luutnantinkatu and Luutnantinkuja in Perkkaa. The planning of these streets is related to the amendment to the area’s detailed plan, which will see a new office building block be built in the area and parking blocks to serve it.

Luutnantinkatu is a new street connection from Luutnantinkuja to the office block and parking facilities. The street will also serve traffic to and from the Perkkaa day-care centre. Small improvement measures are proposed for the current Luutnantinkuja. At the same time, stormwater management will also be planned.
The draft street plan will be available for commenting in the Otakantaa.fi(external link, opens in a new window) service from 13 October to 27 October 2025. Comments and questions about the draft can be submitted on the website.
After the draft phase, the proposal for the final street plan will be made available for public review in December 2025. The parties concerned will receive a notice of the public review in the mail.
