Latopelto area for detached and semi-detached houses

The objective of the local detailed plan is to complement and develop the existing detached and semi-detached housing. In addition to the detached and semi-detached housing in the area, the nearby recreational area will also be complemented. In the east, the planning area is bordered by the Ringside Golf course. The Niipperinoja brook runs in the shape of an arc through the area in a north-to-south direction. Latopelto is one of the planning areas that are not included in the local detailed plan for Viiskorpi. The City Board sent 25.3 2024 the plan back to be prepared again.
