Local detailed plansTapiolaThe Tapiola Cultural Centre will be extended with an above-ground theatre building and the Kulttuuriaukio square will be developed into a high-quality urban square. A new commercial and office building is being planned to replace the bowling alley and the ‘Marimekko building’ that border Kulttuuriaukio. New residential construction is envisaged to replace the Kaupinkallio parking garage. The conservation values of the buildings in the area will be taken into account in the planning. The participation and assessment scheme is available for public review in between May 30th and June 28th,2022.
