Land use reviewsEspoonlahti

The Kiviruukki district plan is used to study and determine the goals and principles of town planning. The district plan covers the Kiviruukki component master plan area. Based on the component master plan, the work specifies the principles of land use, taking the decision of the Council on 28 February 2022 into account. The review and the objectives of the work apply to issues such as the overall consideration of transport, typologies of housing, businesses, recreation and services, so that the necessary service level is ensured in individual local detailed plans. The work will start in the spring of 2023. Find out more on component master plan from City Counsil's decision on 28 February 2022.
