Housing construction on Tapiolantie

Local detailed plansTapiola

A new residential building will be designed for Tapiolantie, for where a carpark is currently located. The planning will take the Tapiola’s culturally-historically valuable environment and Leimuniitty’s landscapes into account. Parking space will be located under the building and its yard, constructed on top of a slab. The City Planning Committee returned the plan amendment back to the preparation phase on 10 June 2020. The Committee required that more of the park located in the planning area be retained.
