Local detailed plansTapiolaThe amendment to the local detailed plan will facilitate the construction of residential a block of flats to replace an office building. The plan amendment will change the area’s intended purpose, in accordance with the master plan, and provide a solution to the need to increase the number of housing units in the area. The area is located to the north of Tapiola’s centre, on Pohjantie. The plan has entered into force in June 8th,2022.
