Streets and trafficLeppävaaraThe section of Hiidentie running parallel to the railway tracks will be converted into a cycle zone with a pavement for pedestrians. The new cycle zone will be part of Rantaradanbaana, the safe and convenient cycling and pedestrian route to be built between Espoon keskus and Leppävaara.

A cycle zone is a street used by both cyclists and motor vehicles, where the drivers of motor vehicles must adjust their speed to cycle traffic and give way to cyclists. The cycle zone will continue to Forsellesintie, and the project is therefore being planned together with the City of Kauniainen. It is estimated that the cycle zone will be built in 2027.
