The aim of the amendment to the detailed plan is to change the mainly unimplemented detailed plan areas into areas where workplaces and sports facilities will be constructed. The area affected by the amendment is located in Friisinmäki, north of Turunväylä. The area affected by the detailed plan amendment is divided into two sub-areas in two blocks (54154 and 51180, plots 2 and 3). The aim is to have the plan proposal processed by the City Planning Committee in autumn 2026.
