Espoo’s Public Works Department has started preparing the street and park plans for the Perkkaa I, Perkkaa III and Perkkaa IV detailed plan areas. The aim is to improve road safety in the area and to enhance the overall appeal of the neighbourhood. The plans cover the following streets, parks and public parking area: Everstinkatu, Everstinkuja and Everstinpuisto. The Technical Services Committee approved the plans on 21 August 2024.

The draft plans can be viewed through the otakantaa.fi service(external link, opens in a new window). The website allows residents and interested parties to comment on the drafts for a period of two weeks 18.-31.3.2024.

After the draft plan stage, the street plan proposal will be finalised and made available for public review. The interested parties will be informed of the public review period separately by post.
