Local detailed plansEspoon keskusTräskända Manor and its courtyard area in Järvenperä will undergo detailed planning. The purpose of the detailed plan is to enable, for example, hotel, restaurant and service business in the area. The area will remain open to residents. The cultural, historical and natural values of the area will be examined and taken into account in the plan. No new construction will be assigned to the area. The plan area also includes the nearby nature conservation areas, so that impacts on them will be adequately taken into account. The participation and assessment scheme and preparation material are available for public review 27.5.–25.6.2024.
