Designing Leppävaara sport park Monikonaukea

Monikonaukea is in Espoo’s Leppävaara, north of Turuntie and connected to the existing Leppävaara sports park. Our goal is to develop and diversify Leppävaara sports park’s functions while ensuring it accommodates the needs of a growing number of user groups. The plan presents two football fields, one of which will replace actions from the existing field which is to be replaced with a sports hall and the other football field will ensure field access to a growing number of players and it is marked as a reservation on the plan. The goal is to execute construction in phases; the eastern field and paths connected to it, runoff water structures and surroundings will be done during phase one.
