Local detailed plansTapiolaThe aim of the amendment to the local detailed plan is to construct residential blocks of flats on the plot currently occupied by Sito’s building on Kalevalantie. The amendment will allow more homes to be built in an area that is easy to access and increasingly dedicated to housing purposes. The initiation of the local detailed plan amendment process was announced in 2019 as part of Kalevalantie’s participation and assessment scheme, and it will now become its own project. City Council has approved the plan 12.6.2023.
