5. For what purpose is personal data processed?
Personal data is processed for the purpose of carrying out surveys. The results may be used, where necessary, for service development, statistical purposes, and analysis.
6. On what grounds is personal data processed?
The data subject has given consent to the processing of his or her personal data.
7. What data is processed?
The survey is conducted anonymously. Respondents’ age and residential area are requested as background information.
8. What are the sources of data?
The respondent provides the necessary information when taking the survey.
9. Will data be disclosed or transferred outside the city?
As a rule, data is not disclosed to parties outside the City of Espoo. The data will only be processed by Espoo Employment Services. The results of the survey may be disclosed if required by law.
10. Will data be transferred outside the EU/EEA?
Personal data will not be transferred outside the EU or the European Economic Area (EEA).
11. How long is data stored?
Data will only be stored for the period necessary for the purpose of the survey: The data collected in Webropol is deleted annually.
12. How is data protected?
The data stored in the register is securely protected so that only authorised City of Espoo employees can view and access it. The information system can only be accessed with a username and password issued by the city.
