5. For what purpose is personal data processed?
Personal data is processed in connection with surveys and when people register for group coaching or other events.
The results of the surveys may be used for service development, statistical purposes, and analysis.
Registration information is used to send invitations, organise events and collect feedback.
6. On what grounds is personal data processed?
The data subject has given consent to the processing of his or her personal data.
7. What data is processed?
The Youth Council survey is conducted anonymously. Respondents’ age and residential area are requested as background information.
Personal data processed when registering for group coaching: first name, last name, date of birth, telephone number, email address, guidance needs, and information about which service the client is registering for.
8. What are the sources of data?
The client provides the necessary information when taking a survey or registering for group coaching or other events.
9. Will data be disclosed or transferred outside the city?
As a rule, data is not disclosed to parties outside the City of Espoo. The data will only be processed by Espoo Employment Services. Survey results may be disclosed if required by law.
10. Will data be transferred outside the EU/EEA?
Personal data will not be transferred outside the EU or the European Economic Area (EEA).
11. How long is data stored?
Personal data collected in connection with surveys is deleted from Webropol annually.
Personal data collected for group coaching is deleted one month after the service ends.
12. How is data protected?
The data stored in the register is securely protected. Only City of Espoo employees who have access rights to the survey, group coaching or event in question can access the data. The information system can only be accessed with a username and password issued by the city.
