City of Espoo is mapping employee benefit providers
The City of Espoo’s employee benefits programme offers businesses and other organisations an opportunity to reach new customers and introduce their products or services to the city’s approximately 11 000 employees.
City of Espoo is currently looking for organisations interested in providing benefits or discounts to employees. Participation can take many forms, such as offering a discount on a product or service, a one-time special offer, or access to an event.
Employee benefits can be tailored to suit your organisation’s offering. Examples include:
- a discount code for an online store
- a discount available upon presentation of an employee ID card
- a benefit redeemable through the Epassi app
Benefits may be offered on an ongoing basis, for a fixed period, or as a one-time promotion.
Visibility among city employees
Participating organisations will gain visibility through the city’s internal intranet and employee communications channels. This gives businesses access to a large and diverse audience directly within the City of Espoo workforce.
Offering an employee benefit can be an effective way to introduce your company, service, or product to a new customer segment while providing city employees with valuable benefits for their everyday lives and leisure time.
Responses will be reviewed during December, and from the beginning of 2027, the new benefits will be promoted to all city employees.
