In June, you can see the sheep get their breakfast at the Pentala Archipelago Museum, enjoy summery Pride festivities at the hybrid arena Hype, or go to the cinema at Kannusali. You can tune into the midsummer night atmosphere at the light-filled Olari Church during the Midsummer Eve event of the Organ Night & Aria Festival. On Saturday, June 6, join us for an evening of spectacular performances and great DJ music. Throughout the evening, enjoy a diverse line-up of performances ranging from drag to circus, featuring Gisella, Ile Poikela, Miss B and Miss Lumiere, who will also host the event. Music for the night will be provided by DJ Snapdragon.

At the traditional Midsummer Evening Concert of the Organ Night & Aria Festival, audiences are invited to tune into the atmosphere of midsummer in the company of outstanding musicians. In the light-filled Olari Church, music suited to a summer evening will be heard, ranging from classical repertoire to lighter musical moods. The exact programme of the soirée will be announced later, but the evening promises a warm celebration of Midsummer, where music, the atmosphere of the summer night and communal singing bring audiences together to enjoy the brightest time of the year.

This year, Kivenlahti Midsummer party is made up of several small-scale events across the area, all easily explored on foot. The programme features music, circus performances, workshops, a children’s disco, and dance classes. One of the finalists from the popular Next Stage competition will also perform at Hype. Event locations include Kahvi‑Kaisa, Meritori School, the Kivenlahti beach, and the rooftop terrace of Hybridiarena Hype.
