Espoo offers businesses industrial and warehouse plots in Kulmakorpi
The City of Espoo is looking for operators to carry out business activities in accordance with the detailed plan in the Kulmakorpi business area located near the Ämmässuo landfill.
Kulmakorpi is conveniently located along the Turunväylä motorway. Streets and other municipal infrastructure have been built in the area, so the plots are ready for construction.
The city is primarily looking for operators for the two easternmost blocks. Their total size is over 55,000 square metres with a permitted building volume of about 22,000 square metres.
You can apply for a plot in Kulmakorpi at any time by submitting an application online. There is no deadline for applications. The plots will be leased to the selected operators, and decisions on leasing will be made by the City Board’s Business and Competitiveness Subcommittee.
