City of Espoo seeks business operators for industrial and warehouse blocks in Kulmakorpi

The City of Espoo is seeking operators through an open two-phase application procedure to implement business activities as defined in the detailed plan in blocks 75006 and 75007 in the Kulmakorpi business area.
The application period starts on 10.1.2025 and ends on 12.5.2025 at 12:00.

Additional information, 7 April 2025 – rock cuttings in block 75007
During pre-construction work in the Kulmakorpi business area, rock cuttings will be created at the edges of the easternmost block 75007. In addition to the rock cuttings, an above-ground rockfall barrier (a bank of earth) will be placed on the edges of the block.
