We are gathering insights on residents’ needs and challenges related to travel in the capital region. Our goal is to understand how mobility services and transport hubs should be developed to make everyday travel as smooth and accessible as possible for everyone.

Mobility services refer to different ways of getting around. These include public transport, taxis, on-demand rides, car sharing, electric scooters and city bikes.  Transport hubs are places where people can switch from one mobility service to another – for example, from a bus to a train.

Take the survey and enter a prize draw

Tell us about the challenges you face when travelling to work, school, hobbies or other daily destinations. We are especially interested in hearing how well mobility services support travel in various life situations and meet the needs of people with different levels of functional capacity.

Completing the survey takes approximately 10–15 minutes. All responses will be handled anonymously. The survey is part of the EU co-funded SOLMU project, which aims to improve the appeal and functionality of mobility services and promote equal access to mobility.
