Information event on the procurement of the Espoo Hobby Path for new recreational activity providers on 1 September 2025

The Espoo Hobby Path organises free recreational activities for pupils in grades 3–9 at schools, in their vicinity, as well as remotely in connection with school days. The hobbies available are based on the wishes of children and young people. The aim is for every child and young person in Espoo to have an opportunity for meaningful free time. We strive to ensure that the hobbies on the Espoo Hobby Path are inclusive, sustainably implemented and innovative. The Espoo Hobby Path is a way of implementing the Finnish model for leisure activities in Espoo.

We are looking for organisations, companies, clubs and other actors who want to be involved in providing inspiring recreational activities for children and young people. The Espoo Hobby Path will organise an information event on Monday 1 September 2025 from 13:00 to 14:00 on the Teams platform. At the event, we will explain how you can apply to become a service provider for the Espoo Hobby Path and how the procurement process progresses. The two-step procurement procedure and registration in the dynamic supplier register will be initially opened for new operators on 4 September 2025 and will close on 7 October 2025

Note! The information event is aimed at new operators who are not yet included in the dynamic supplier register of the Espoo Hobby Path.
