Delay in the processing of early childhood education's income statements

There is currently a delay in the processing of income statements. All statements will be processed in order of arrival. If your family has received a client fee decision based on incorrect income information and you have submitted your income statements, please wait patiently. Once we have processed your income statements, we will send you a revised client fee decision.

It’s also a good idea to check whether you’ve received a request for additional information. If there are missing details in your income statement, we will send you a request for additional information via eVaka.

The due date for the August invoice is at the end of September. If necessary, we can change the due date of the invoice. Please contact our customer service in that case. You can find the contact information below.
