The school year ends on Saturday 3 June

The autumn semester of schools and upper secondary schools starts on Thursday 10 August 2023. You can find the term dates and holidays for schools and early childhood education on this page.

Since there is no teaching activity in the summer, the summer holidays of administrative staff have also been concentrated between 27 June and 31 July.

There will be no on-call services for special needs pupils moving to Espoo during July. 
As of 1 August, special support planners will be available by e-mail at erityinentuki@espoo.fi.

Primarily contact the local school in the area you are moving to. The pupil must attend the local school until they receive a special support decision.
