Order medical supplies by 2 December 2022
The distribution of medical supplies and related warehouse operations will be suspended between 12 December and 31 December 2022. During this period, we cannot take orders for medical supplies or send supplies from the warehouse. We recommend that all our clients make sure that they have enough supplies until January 2023.
The City of Espoo’s financial management systems will be replaced by a new system as of 1 January 2023. The transition to the Western Uusimaa Wellbeing Services County will also take place at the beginning of next year. These changes will affect city units’ purchases and activities towards the end of the year.
The distribution of medical supplies and related warehouse operations will be suspended between 12 December and 31 December 2022. During this period, we cannot take orders for medical supplies or send supplies from the warehouse.
This suspension will not affect orders placed directly with a supplier. If necessary, the medical supplies unit has sent you separate instructions.
Make sure that you have enough supplies until January 2023
We recommend that all our clients make sure that they have enough supplies until January 2023 and place their orders for additional products by week 48. This will give us enough time to process all orders and deliver supplies from the warehouse.
You can place orders through the online system until 2 December 2022. The system will be closed after this date. The system will be reopened on 1 January 2023.
