Espoo leases out a plot in Kurttila for day care activities

The City of Espoo is leasing out a day care centre plot in Kurttila. The leaseholder will be selected through an application procedure. The plot is located at Alustalaisentie 1. The permitted building volume on the plot is 1,600 square metres on a maximum of two floors. The area of the plot is approximately 3,200 square metres.

Applications may be submitted by day care operators with sufficient experience and a large enough operation or by property developers with sufficient experience in construction. The application period ends on 2 December at 16:00. Further information on the application procedure is available on the City of Espoo’s website.
