Helsinki, Espoo and Vantaa are looking for new foster families. We will organise a joint recruitment event for foster and support families on 6 September 2022. Join our event and become a foster parent!
The information and recruitment event will offer information on our coaching and what it is like to be a foster parent. Child welfare professionals and experienced foster and support families from Helsinki, Espoo and Vantaa will be there to share information.
The event will be held on Tuesday 6 September 2022 at 17:30 at Vernissakatu 8C in Vantaa. Coffee will be served at 17:00 and the actual event will start at 17:30.

In the context of child welfare services, family care means arranging the care and upbringing of a child in a foster home, away from the child’s own home. The aim of family care is to ensure a stable environment for each child, in addition to close and permanent relationships with other people. Foster families are needed by children of different ages, each with their individual needs.
Our family care team is always looking for new support and foster families to join our activities. The next foster parent coaching in Espoo will start on 1 October 2022.
