Long-lasting health care backlog and technical problems affect health centres’ telephone service
In recent weeks, especially the clients of the Kivenlahti, Espoonlahti, Tapiola and Leppävaara health centres have had to wait several days for us to call them back. We only call each client back once.
Our health centres have experienced some network problems that also affect our telephone services. We are working to fix the problems as soon as possible.
The health care backlog caused by the pandemic is a challenge that will take several months to tackle. Our staff are working hard, and we ask for your patience in this situation.
