A plot draw includes 42 plots, most of which (37) are located in Kurttila.

The City of Espoo will organise a plot draw in April. The draw includes 42 plots, most of which (37) are located in Kurttila, a developing low-rise residential area near the seashore and the services in Saunalahti. The majority of the plots in Kurttila are located in the Kallvik area.

Three plots are located in Laaksolahti, one in Kauklahti and one in Lintuvaara. All the areas are popular low-rise residential areas.

The surface areas of the plots vary from around 540 square metres to around 1,100 square metres, and their permitted building volume is approximately 150–275 square metres.

The plots can be either leased or purchased. In the previous plot draw in 2020, about one third of the plots were purchased.

The application period starts on 14 April and ends on 29 April at 13:00. In the plot draw, preference will be given to Espoo residents.

More information on the plots and the plot draw is available on Espoo’s website.
