Instructions for renting an area and applying for a land use permit in the Tapiola centre

You should first contact the event advisor of City Events Espoo, preferably by email. Alternatively, you can fill in the preliminary information form(external link, opens in a new window).

Provide the following information:

• start and end dates of the rental period
• exact location in the area
• purpose of renting the area: organising an event or sales activities

If you are organising sales activities, also specify:

• what will be sold
• what the points of sale will be like

If you are organising an event, also specify:

• the type of event you are organising
• the number of visitors or participants you are expecting

Also indicate if the planned activities require electricity. Electricity cannot be provided in all areas of the Tapiola centre.
