The Pulpettikino short film showcase presents a charming selection of European animation films for young film lovers. The showcase presents a colourful group of different characters in a variety of situations: playing funny musicals, gliding across the sea at night, digging a tunnel through the earth and adventuring in space!

In the film The Night Tunnel (Le tunnel de la nuit), two kids from opposite sides of the world meet each other after digging a tunnel on the beach. Together, they dig their way to the North Pole, where they discover a magical way to return home.

The film The Girl with the Occupied Eyes (A Menina com os Olhos Ocupados) is about a little girl whose eyes are always glued to her phone screen and barely notices anything happening around her. She didn’t notice the world she was living in, nice kids to play with or exciting places to see.

In Animanimusical a lively band of animals wants to put on a big musical production, but someone got the wrong sheet music.

In the film Filante, a girl sees a shooting star in the sky each evening and makes her most heartfelt wish: she wants to find her mysteriously vanished pet rat. When the wish does not come true, the girl wonders what is wrong with the star. In the end, a wonderful surprise is revealed!
