Join us for an inspiring event where body meets mind. The event combines a variety of physical exercises and rhythmic music to create a smooth experience that invigorates both the brain and the muscles. The exercises develop body control, balance, coordination and memory in a relaxed and supportive atmosphere. Whether you're an exercise enthusiast or a newcomer, this series of events offers you a new way to move, relax and challenge yourself.

Lauri, music educator, will be in charge of the musical side and David, founder of Art Zenter Academy, will be in charge of the physical side. We speak Finnish, English and Spanish at the event.

The event takes place every two weeks in the Jaminurka of the Sello library.

Dates are: 10.2, 24.2, 10.3, 24.3, 7.4, 21.4, 5.5 and 19.5

The first session will be on Tuesday 10.2 from 10-11am.

Participation is free of charge and no pre-registration is required.
