Full-price multi-admission and season products for adults.

Our swimming pools and gyms use a wristband system. Your wristband is linked to your customer account and works as your ticket. All season products purchased through our online store will be added to your wristband. You can buy a wristband at a swimming pool or any of our Service Points, where a customer account will be created for you. You will need an active email address to have a customer account.

All products purchased through the online store will be added to your customer account and activated the first time you use them or no later than one month after they were purchased.

You cannot use your exercise and cultural benefits to pay for your online store purchases.

Children’s Cultural Centre Aurora

Through Aurora’s online store, you can buy tickets for children’s art and culture clubs, various courses and other art and cultural events. For example, you can buy tickets for experiential colour workshops for babies.

Logging in and user support

The service works best on the latest browsers and devices. Log in to the service at kauppa.espoo.fi(external link, opens in a new window). Use your email address to log in. Click on the “Forgot password” button to get a password.

If you need help with logging in, you can visit one of our Service Points or swimming pools or send an email to info@espoo.fi. Guardians can create a sub-account for their child, through which they can for example register their child for summer camp or buy snacks.
