The City of Espoo is offering a planning reservation for a commercial plot in Kilo through an open two-phase application procedure. The city aims to find a project that can act as a planning partner during the ongoing detailed plan amendment process for the plot. Once the new plan is approved, the project will be implemented on the plot in accordance with the updated detailed plan.

The application period starts on 11 August 2025 and ends on 17 November 2025 at 12:00.
You can participate in the application procedure by submitting a written application by email. Submit your application to the City of Espoo Registry Office at kirjaamo@espoo.fi by 12:00 on 17 November 2025.
