The Building Control electronic scheduling system allows project planners to make appointments for permit preparers and structural and HVAC inspectors.

The Building Control electronic scheduling system is used to make appointments for advance display and submission of permits by permit preparers, as well as for the presentation of HVAC and structural plans and the submission of HVAC and structural permits to inspectors.

The Building Control electronic scheduling system is intended for use by experts, such as principal designers, building designers and structural and HVAC engineers.

The following projects are not covered by the electronic scheduling system. For them, please refer to the instructions and area division on the Building Control website.

  • Residential buildings for special groups
  • Demanding and/or large buildings (e.g. hospitals, shopping centres, schools, sports halls, etc.)
  • Appointments longer than an hour
  • Geothermal heat wells
  • Masts
  • Inspections

 

The scheduling service does not require registration. To make a reservation, the person must give their name, e-mail address and telephone number and other required information marked with an asterisk (*).
A reservation confirmation will be sent to the e-mail address provided in the reservation form.
