What does a career coach do?
I advise and guide clients in matters related to work and job-seeking. I also instruct them how to use the E-services of Job Market Finland.
I work at the Espoo Employment Services information point at the Iso Omena shopping centre. At our information point, we help clients without an appointment and also offer advice by email.

What are the E-services of Job Market Finland?
The E-services are a nationwide online service where you can easily manage all employment-related matters and browse vacancies.
The service is available in Finnish, Swedish and English and requires strong identification through the suomi.fi website.

What tips would you give to a jobseeker?
You should create a job search profile through the E-services of Job Market Finland. When you have a profile, the service recommends jobs that match your skills. If you publish your profile, employers will be able to contact you.

What I love about my job?
The best part of my job is interacting with clients. I feel that my work is meaningful because I can help my clients achieve their goals and dreams. I also learn something new every day, which makes my work interesting.
