The recruitment event is for international degree students looking for internship, thesis work, summer job or regular job in Finland.

• Register to the event from the event web page.
• You will be invited to a virtual event platform to fill in your information.
• Fill in your profile information and send an interview request to an employer representative through the virtual event platform.
• Meet the employer representative at the event onsite or online and have an 8-minute interview.

The Employer Speed Dating events fit employers looking for international degree students to recruit and to boost their growth. Espoo Talent Hub takes care of organizing the event, so it is an easy and efficient way to meet potential job candidates.

• A concise company description and the job description(s) for the event page
• Participation in the virtual event platform rehearsal (0.5 hours) before the event
• Participation on the event day (2 hours)

• Communication with the suitable Higher Education Institutions
• Registration process
• Event marketing
• Virtual event platform setup and instructions to students
• Virtual event platform rehearsal to the company
• Event moderation
