TE reform: What do businesses and employers need to know?
On 1.1.2025, TE services will become the responsibility of municipalities. In future, the City of Espoo will be responsible for TE services for businesses and employers in Espoo and Kauniainen. You can find our services through Business Espoo. The aim of the reform is to bring services closer to local needs and provide more efficient solutions to recruitment and labour supply.
Note
- If you are a business customer of a TE office, you do not need to do anything special regarding the change. Your data will still be available in the customer information system of the employment authority.
- E-services (Oma asiointi) for companies and employers will continue to be used after the reform, and you will still be able to communicate electronically.
- Contact us by phone or email for advice or help with recruitment, change situations, wage subsidies, work trials and skills development.
- In addition to the statutory services, you have access to the services of the entire Business Espoo business services network for all the stages and needs of your business.
