In this annual report, our aim is to summarise all of the work we carried out during the highly interesting year. It is our hope to convey our hard work and the pleasure we took in it to our readers.

Our vision is to bring joy and energy to the dining table. This notion steered our efforts in 2023. We talked a lot with our staff about finding joy in one’s work and feeling good in the work environment. It is our strong belief that the staff enjoying their time at work is reflected to our customers as good energy and a positive customer experience. The cooperation with our customers was fruitful and rewarding in 2023.

Responsibility is one of our values but also much more than that: This forms the foundation on which we have built all of Espoo Catering Oy’s processes. For this reason, responsibility is also the at the heart of this annual report. At its core, every section of this annual report talks about our joint responsibility efforts, which take place at the level of the entire group, companies, target groups and employees. Responsibility is visible to our customers in the form of nutritious and tasty food and friendly service. We exist for our customers.

I wish to extend a warm thank you for the year 2023 to our entire staff, our customers, the owner and board of the company, and all interests groups. It has been a great joy and honour to work with you.
