Espoonlahti Unit, Mental health and substance abuse services for young people and adults

Mental health and substance abuse services for young people (13 to 17 years) and adults (over 18 years) provide you with guidance, advice, assessments and treatment for moderate challenges with mood and/or addictions. We use the Intervention Navigator/Therapy Navigator as help in assessing the need for treatment. The Navigator is an online survey that asks questions about the nature of your symptoms and problems as well as your treatment needs.
