The route to the main entrance

The accessible parking space is located outdoors over 10 m from the entrance. The width of the parking space is at least 3.6 m.
The route to the entrance is smooth and sufficiently wide and illuminated and it uses movement-guiding surface material.

The main entrance

The entrance is located in a recess and is illuminated.
The doors connected to the entrance stand out clearly and the glass doors have contrast markings. Outside the door there is sufficient room for moving e.g. with a wheelchair. The door opens easily manually.

In the facility

The customer service point has two floors.
The indoor walkways have at least 4 turning steps, with handrails on both sides. The steps are marked with contrast stripes.
The doors in the facility are hard to perceive. The glass doors have contrast markings.
The facility has an accessible toilet on the entrance floor.
The service point has a fixed induction loop.
