We conduct regular ‘vibes indicator’ surveys to our employees to monitor the development of job satisfaction. Our staff are very happy with their work and committed and enthusiastic to develop their respective work. The results of the vibes indicator surveys are used to further develop the operation.

In addition, the staff have an employee benefit that can be used for culture, sports and commuting or personal well-being like, for example, a massage. Kitchen work includes a meal benefit for a nutritious lunch during the workday. If you want to broaden your competence and progress in your catering career, we provide opportunities from apprenticeship schemes to supported studying in your own time. 

Our actions as an employer reflect our responsibility efforts. During the COVID-19 pandemic, for example, both the employer and staff have adapted and learned flexibly. We have been able to keep our employees working throughout the pandemic. 

That said, sometimes life situations change for other reasons. At Espoo Catering, it is possible to combine family life and work smoothly with flexible working time arrangements. You can, for example, choose to work a shorter day or week – temporarily or permanently.
