Interested in graffiti art, skateboarding or BMX biking? In that case, this is for you! Open StreetArt activities will be offered for two weeks in June. You can participate with a low threshold, so you do not need previous experience. All young people interested in StreetArt activities are welcome.

The StreetArt activities are mobile and offered at different skateparks around Espoo on different days. This will give as many young people as possible the opportunity to learn about and participate in the activities. The activities are primarily intended for young people between 12 and 17 years of age. The StreetArt activities will be offered on weekdays for two weeks in the summer, 12–22 June 2023.
The equipment needed in the StreetArt activities – painting supplies, BMXs and skateboards – can be borrowed on site. You just need to show up. Naturally, you can also bring your own equipment. Those trying out skateboarding or BMX biking must bring their own helmet. There will be youth workers on site who can provide guidance on all the activities if necessary. If a lot of young people show up, you may have to wait a while for your turn.
StreetArt activities have been organised in the previous years and have been very popular. The young workers’ own background has heavily inspired the Nuori Espoo StreetArt activities.
Nuori Espoo StreetArt activities
- Weekdays 12–16 June 2023 and Midsummer week 19–22 June 2023
- The activities take place at different skateparks around Espoo on different days
- Open, low-threshold StreetArt activities
- Graffiti art, BMX biking and skateboarding
- The necessary equipment can be borrowed on site.
- Note: If you want to try out skateboarding and/or BMX biking, bring your own helmet.
- The activities are difficult to carry out in rainy weather, so in case of rain, the situation will be considered on a daily basis.
