Protocol and media visits

The international affairs team is the focal point of contact for visit requests by high-level representatives of states, embassies, ministries, international organisations and sister cities, as well as representatives of the media.

Please make your inquiry at least one month before the desired dates of the visit. The team reviews all requests and responds in timely manner. 

If your request is accepted, the team tailors the visit, offers inter-departmental coordination and ensures that dignitaries and media delegations are appropriately hosted.
