Local detailed plansKalajärviThe City of Espoo is creating a new city centre that will serve a larger area in the centre of Viiskorpi. The local detailed plan applies to the area north of the crossroads of Koskelontie, Koskelonsilta and Juvankartanontie. The objective is to facilitate the construction of residential buildings and services in the centre of Viiskorpi. The light rail connection that may reach the southern border of the area in the future is being taken into account in the zoning process. The centre of Viiskorpi is one of the planning areas that are not included in the local detailed plan for Viiskorpi. The City Board sent 25.3 2024 the plan back to be prepared again.
