Underground facilities in Otaniemi

The underground detailed plan charts existing underground facilities and enables the creation of three-dimensional properties in them. The proposed detailed plan includes proposed plot divisions for the underground facilities in Kivimiehi and Otakaari. The plan proposal is available for public review during 16 March – 14 April 2026. Read the material in the proposal stage section. The plan is estimated to proceed to the approval stage in summer 2026.
