ParksEspoon keskusThe final refurbishment plan for the Tuomarila allotment area has now been prepared and the construction of the area is now completed in November 2023. Next, the tenants who are continuing in the Tuomarila plot area and new ones who are next in line will be contacted to draw up lease agreements. It is possible to move plants back to the plots after drawing up the lease agreement.

The final refurbishment plan for the Tuomarila allotment area has now been prepared. The plan (only in Finnish) and its description (in Finnish, Swedish and English) are available on this page. Also attached is a report that contains a summary of the feedback received at a residents’ event and a description of how the feedback has been taken into consideration when preparing the plan (in Finnish, Swedish and English)
Note the original plan mentioned above has been updated in some respects, e.g. regarding the number of plots, due to unexpected situations that came up during construction.
