Local detailed plansTapiolaAn amendment to the detailed plan will allow the placement of Tapiolan Lämpö’s maintenance depot in the area. The location is designated as an area for community infrastructure facilities, situated near Tapiola Golf. The permitted building volume of the plots will be consolidated, and the possibility of increasing the permitted building volume will be examined. The participation and assessment scheme, along with the preparation material for the planning, will be available for public review in spring 2025.
