Services for Mårtensbyn kylämäki in Finnoo

New services are being planned for the old area of Mårtensbyn kylämäki in Finnoo. Services suitable for the area’s cultural history include event venues, accommodation facilities, restaurants and cafés.

All buildings that are in good condition will be renovated for new intended uses, and all buildings that are in poor condition will be demolished. The protection of the buildings will be investigated first. The Villa Hannus party and meeting venue will remain as is. The possibility of realising some small-scale new construction projects that suit the environment and provide services for the needs of the growing Finnoo area and the neighbouring areas will also be investigated. The area has been designated as a service area in the current Finnoo partial master plan.
