The feeder road in the plan proposal has, in the light of the interpretation of the content requirements under the Land Use and Building Act, been discovered to be impossible to implement. Next, the plan will be turned into a solution that follows the current plot streets. Block areas will be partially rearranged to take into account the statements and objections received on the proposal. The municipal infrastructure master plan, street map and conceptual image of the plan will be updated to reflect the new situation. A residents’ event about the Ruukinrannanmäki detailed plan will be held in autumn 2024. The detailed plan is expected to be available for public review at the end of the spring season of 2025.
