Local detailed plansLeppävaaraThe purpose of the amendment to the local detailed plan is to rearrange the permitted floor space and number of floors in a residential block in Perkkaa. The overall permissible amount of development will remain the same. The amendment will facilitate the development of different plots within the block independently of each other. Instead of two large blocks of flats, as defined in the earlier plan, several separate blocks of flats will be permitted. City Planning Committee has approved the plan 27.10.2021.
