Renovation of Pohjantori Shopping Centre
Local detailed plansTapiolaThe objective of the plan amendment is to develop the block of commercial and office buildings so that a larger grocery shop can be placed in the shopping centre. The section of the two-part shopping centre on the side of Ukonpuisto park will be demolished. The section on the side of Kalevalantie that is important to the cityscape will be studied as a part of the renovation and expansion of the building. Proposal is available for public review 27.11–29.12.2023.
